Chuzo1 The Spanish sun is shining since June 2014 at the Möller Bridge. The restaurant Chuzo moved into the distinctive Art Nouveau building in the Kleine Beurhausstrasse 26. Chuzo translates spit and most dishes come directly from lava stone grill on the table. For example Ibérico pork, New Zealand Lamb and Irish beef. The selection of the menu also includes cold and hot tapas, vegetarian delights and daily specials and a lunch. Main courses seduce like Fillet of rabbit in whiskey sauce or the rack of lamb on garlic sugo. The focal point of the restaurant is the open kitchen with great cabinet against it are the fresh ingredients and the guest can choose his fish himself. For the kids there are special dishes along with children cutlery, high chairs and coloring books with pencils for a relaxing family outing. Beautiful is also the old stock of trees on the large hedge-lined terrace.
