Gut Mausbeck1 The GUT MAUSBECK house has been built up again, according to the historical model of the original half-timbered house. The restaurant on 2 levels, the barn (which is booked above all for family celebrations like weddings, birthdays, also corporate events and so on), a lot of parking place and a beautiful garden with a summer terrace overlooking the horse farm next door belong to the property. What seems fine and elegant from the outside, goes on inside. With a view on the menu and the tables you find the dishes are served with an ease and absolute fresh seasonal Westphalian roots and Mediterranean influences. On the menu: Smooth smoked salmon with colorful pearl barley, frisee lettuce and mustard crème fraiche as a starter, Fjord salmon with herb crust with young spinach and cherry tomatoes on sepia pasta and saffron foam, or roulade of guinea fowl with cabbage, grapes, crispy bacon and potato fritters. If you have an appetite because of reading and if you want to enjoy good food, you should register with the boss Jürgen Löring, who is member in "Chaine de Rotisseurs", the international gastronomic society, which helps to promote the well-tended table culture.
